We operate Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm CT. We offer flexible scheduling within these core hours to accommodate different time zones and personal needs. Some positions may have shift options available.

Most billing positions require CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist - Physician-based) certification. We also consider candidates with equivalent experience. We reimburse for certification exams and annual CEU requirements.

We work with all major EHR and practice management systems including Athenahealth, Kareo, AdvancedMD, SimplePractice, DrChrono, eClinicalWorks, and more. We provide training on the specific systems relevant to your role.
